The Way of the Magus

Bob Ward will be teaching a class based on his 37 year study of the Esoteric Science of Self-Development called The Way of the Magus.  This is a complete course of study that will explain the esoteric reality of the Human Condition.  A type of meditation will be taught and practiced that is based on ancient Tibetan visualization techniques.  It will help the students identify and transmute unwanted mental, emotional, and physical conditioning.  It is not Tibetan Buddhism, and requires no religious belief. This is the work that first led Bob Ward to study aikido and is the reason why his teaching of aikido has always been more focused on self-development than self-defense.  He has integrated many of the principles of this work into his practice and teaching of aikido and would like to share this much more comprehensive teaching and practice with anyone who has a sincere interest.  There is no cost, but donations will be accepted.

The Way of the Magus will be taught on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Aikido of Prescott.  Street clothes are acceptable but must be clean.

There will be Introductory Talks explaining the course starting on January 5, 2016, and each Tuesday after that, and the regular course will begin when a suitable number of interested students have expressed an interest in the Work.
